As a nonprofit community based organization the Columbus Urban League is subject to federal audits involving personnel files to ensure the agency is compliant with the requirements on how the grant dollars for specific programs are allocated. I contacted Tim Reed of Simplifi HR in April of 2014 and asked him to be the keynote speaker to kick off our first management training seminar. The title of his presentation was “How different Personality Types Affect Communications”. Simplifi HR Solutions was hired as our HR outsourced strategic partner to handle our day-to-day administrative HR tasks and recruiting, for our five long term care centers and home health business, located in Central Ohio. MacIntosh’s goal was to have internal resources concentrate on our core business of providing exceptional care to our patients and residents.
