Cindy Sonnen works to maintain the high quality of client services offered by the Simplifi HR Solutions. Cindy has been an HR executive for more than 15 years, and her expertise is in the fields of HR technology and outsourcing operations, and employee benefits. For 14 years, Cindy was the Best Practices Leader for an HR Benefit team of a Fortune 500 company, and Chief Operating Officer for 4 years for an HR outsourcing company. She has been an independent HR consultant with an international HR / Benefits Consulting Corporation. Cindy has her bachelor’s in Business Administration / HR Management from Franklin University.
