Meet Our President and Founder, Cindy Sonnen
Cindy Sonnen | President
Cindy Sonnen works to maintain the high quality of client services offered by Simplifi HR Solutions, a woman owned business. Cindy has been an HR executive for more than 30 years, and her expertise is in the fields of HR technology and outsourcing operations, and employee benefits.
For 14 years, Cindy was the Best Practices Leader for an HR Benefit team of a Fortune 500 company. She has been a Chief HR Officer for 17 years in the HR outsourcing industry.
Cindy’s passion is providing senior HR executive leadership to all Simplifi HR clients. She has her bachelor’s in Business Administration / HR Management from Franklin University.
