As a nonprofit community based organization the Columbus Urban League is subject to federal audits involving personnel files to ensure the agency is compliant with the requirements on how the grant dollars for specific programs are allocated. The League is fortunate to have Simplifi HR Solutions as a partner, who conducted a personnel file audit in preparation for such an audit and provided support for critical staff reorganization.
